The Ultimate Experience for Onewheel Riders
Expedition is a new Onewheel app that was designed from the ground up to enhance the riding experience for riders of all levels.
Our design process was centred around one goal: creating a stable app for Onewheel riders that enhances the riding experience while remaining reliable. We worked closely with fellow Onewheel riders to understand their needs and preferences, using that information to create an intuitive app that riders can use to get the most out of their boards.

Explore limitless horizons with Expedition
We wanted to create an app that solved some of the issues with the existing app from Future Motion. The three main pain points we discovered from research with other riders were: difficulty connecting to the app, confusion navigation and inadequate map functionality.
We aimed to fix these pain points by creating a streamlined app layout and reusing components to be more consistent throughout. Subtle animations and alerts let the user know if changes to their board settings have successfully been applied. Riders now have the option to explore local trails, find charging points and get to their destination in the most enjoyable way possible.
